Our Realm by Hayden Quinn

Concept and features:

Our Realm restaurant,  located in NSW south coast, is headed by hospitality expert Hayden Quinn, an Australian cook who is deeply inspired by his hometown and the lifestyle he lives. The concept of our realm has been dedicated to Australian landscape and beauty as an entirety. This special concept has been significantly shown in Hayden's new hospitality environment where we are able to present the true beauty of Australia through the surroundings of the chosen location, the food/meals provided, and the interior design of the restaurant. 

Drawing inspiration from surroundings within our country I have applied touches of Australian inspired elements within the design of the restaurant. Creating a feel of an Australian dream that can evoke people to embark on a new venture and experience wholesome moments. 

Design features have been especially chosen to suit the concept and explores a variety of materials, furnishings and textures. Tumbled grey mosaic stone runs through the entire interior bringing a sense of depth and natural beauty. Polished concrete and rustic brick walls allowing for texture with a mix of warmth and softness. Supported by spotted gum timber used on the front and back deck adding a sense definition and connection to landscape.

A very open restaurant that allows for natural light and air flow creating a beautiful oasis surrounded by Australian landscape.
